Well, no, I have never heard .... definatley but it is true that vegetables such as cucumbers and celery are excellent for weight loss.
Celery is a foretaste of "negative calorie foods" - meaning the body burns more calories to digest than it contains. And cucumber is the same way.
so many of those that you eat more calories than your body burns. Although this amount of calories is not very signifigant to eat foods that contain large amounts of water, and keep you from eating fattening foods.

Actually, yes, lose celery, cucumber and lettuce, with even weight because the body actually needs more calories to digest that you get it first. Therefore, the vegetables you eat to lose weight. Broccoli is a vegetable good for a lot, and you have little or no calories and zero fat. The juice is the same as the food in general.
